Yesterday, I was in the bathroom, holding a cylinder shaped object, which was wrapped in shiny white plastic paper with red butterflies. Very intriguing, right? Well, Miss E thought so when she popped into the bathroom, checking in on me. "WHAT'S THAT?" she demanded. "Oh, nothing," I said, shoving it between the tissue box and wipes container on the back of the toilet.
"Mom. What is it?"
"It's just something of Mommy's."
"What is it?" as she reached forward and picked up the mysterious object.
"It's like a big band-aid," I said.
"But it has a hard container around it."
"Yes, well....didn't you say that you wanted to watch Bob?" Bob, and his machines, are the only things that will sufficiently distract E from an ongoing investigation.
"YES!"
I snatched the unopened tampon from her hand as she dashed from the room. Thank god.
