What E Has Been Up To

One thing I love about homeschooling is watching Miss E discover her interests and explore them as intently and for as long as she likes. She's been into astronomy for the last few months, and took an astronomy class through the County's Parks & Recreation program. Who knew the County offered such classes? Not me, until September of this year. It's amazing what's out there. I was thrilled to learn that there were other 5 - 8 year olds who were interested in astronomy, too!
Anyway, E has become very focused on drawing and writing during the last few days. Here is one of her latest projects:

This is a timeline/diagram of how the moon was formed (!). I wish I could remember the story to told me, which went along with the picture. Maybe I'll ask her to tell me again.
