Today we were driving over the new Idylwood bridge, which has brought great joy to my children. K asked, "What road is that?" pointing to the Beltway.
I said, "That's the highway."
"Oh. Let's hop on the highway, Mama!"

Bear and I were working in the garden, which is edged by rocks. She moved from one to the next, lifting them up, proclaiming: "I'm a Big Strong Girl! Hah!" and throwing/dropping them to the ground.
