These are the questions I am asked, instead:
"Does the mommy make bones for the baby? Who makes the bones?"
"How does the baby eat (inside the mommy)?"
"Why is the baby inside the mommy?"
"Who makes the (umbilical) cord? Does the baby make the cord?"
"Where does the cord go when the baby is done with it?"
