E and I were looking at pictures from a trip my husband and I took before the kids were born. I said to E, "This is a picture of me before I was a Mommy." She replied, "Did you have no name?"
We were looking at pictures of Yosemite. E asked, "Is that a mountain?"
"Yes."
"Do people climb mountains?"
"Yes, sometimes they do."
"Mom, did you know that I have never climbed a mountain in my whole life?"
"Really."
"Do you think we could climb a mountain?"
"Sure. Maybe some day we can climb a mountain. Sounds like fun."
